Welcome to spark

SPARK is a 21st century logistics and manufacturing hub and consists of 7 units totalling 620,000sq ft of high specification floor space. It is located right by junctions 9 and 10 of the M6 and sits in the heart of the Midlands. SPARK is progressing in two phases:

Phase One includes two buildings (18,000 and 250,000 sq ft) which are ready to occupy now, they are delivered by Origin. The remaining unit in Phase One is being delivered by HBD.

Phase Two will introduce four new buildings totalling 182,377 sq ft; three will be developed by Origin and ready to occupy in Q4 2026. The fourth will be delivered by HBD.
